Abstract: The article explores the theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of digital platformization of information and communication technology enterprises in the context of the development of the digital economy and the increasing instability of the market environment. The feasibility of the transition of ICT enterprises from traditional linear business models to platform forms of organization of activities based on the integration of digital services, data and participants within a single digital space is substantiated. The purpose of the article is to scientifically substantiate the instrumental and methodological approach to the digital platformization of information and communication technology enterprises by systematizing the theoretical provisions of the platform economy, identifying key tools and methods of functioning of digital platforms, as well as developing a structural and functional model of platform interaction. Achieving the set goal involves identifying the architectural, organizational and managerial, technological and analytical components of the digital platform, substantiating indicators for assessing the effectiveness of platform solutions and forming practical recommendations for increasing the competitiveness of ICT enterprises in the digital economy. The methodological basis of the study is a set of general scientific and special methods of cognition that provide a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the processes of digital platformization of information and communication technology enterprises. The study used methods of analysis and synthesis to generalize theoretical approaches to determining the essence of digital platforms and the platform economy; a systemic approach to considering the digital platform of an ICT enterprise as an integral socio-economic system that combines technological, organizational and managerial components. The structural-functional method was used to form a model of the functioning of the digital platform and determine the relationships between its main levels. Methods of comparative analysis and generalization were used to study domestic and foreign experience of platformization of enterprises, as well as to identify key trends in the development of digital platforms in the ICT sector. The process approach was used to analyze the business processes of ICT enterprises in the context of their platform transformation. Analytical methods were used to assess the effectiveness of digital platformization, in particular a system of performance indicators and elements of economic evaluation. The information base of the study was scientific works of domestic and foreign authors, analytical materials of international organizations, statistical data, as well as the results of generalizing practical experience in implementing digital platforms in the activities of information and communication technology enterprises. Results. The paper proposes an instrumental and methodological approach to the functioning of digital platforms of ICT enterprises, which involves a combination of technological, organizational and managerial, analytical and ecosystem components. The logic of the formation and development of digital platforms at different stages of their functioning is revealed - from the creation of digital infrastructure to the formation of sustainable digital business ecosystems. A structural and functional model of the digital platform of an ICT enterprise is presented and a system of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of digital platformization is substantiated, taking into account economic, technological, organizational and ecosystem results. Conclusions. It has been proven that the implementation of an instrumental and methodological approach to digital platformization contributes to increasing the adaptability and competitiveness of information and communication technology enterprises, ensures the consistency of management decisions and creates the prerequisites for sustainable development in the digital economy.Downloads
