Abstract: The purpose of the article is a comprehensive analysis of the personnel adaptability management in project-oriented organizations during the implementation of strategic changes, as well as identifying ways to improve the ability of employees to effectively respond to transformations. To accomplish the stated objective, the study employed a combination of general scientific and specialized research methods. In particular, the method of analysis and synthesis was used to identify the main approaches to the interpretation of adaptation and adaptability, as well as to form a generalized vision of the concept of "adaptability of human capital" in the context of project activities. The method of generalization and systematization was used to determine the impact of modern approaches and tools of personnel management on individual and team adaptability. Using a systemic approach, the adaptability of human capital was considered not in isolation, but as a component of a holistic organizational management system integrated with the processes of strategic management and project management. The structural-logical method was used to build an algorithm of management actions to reduce personnel resistance and increase the effectiveness of the implementation of strategic initiatives. Results. The article investigates the problem of increasing the adaptability of human capital in the context of implementing strategic changes in project-oriented organizations. It is substantiated that in a modern dynamic environment, adaptability should be considered as a complex characteristic of personnel, combining professional mobility, psychological readiness for change, the ability to continuous learning, as well as effective team interaction. The impact of time constraints, multifunctionality, and dynamism in a project environment on the level of personnel readiness for strategic transformations is analyzed. It is found that resistance to change in such organizations is often due to uncertainty and insufficient coordination of management actions. An algorithm of management measures aimed at reducing personnel resistance and accelerating the implementation of innovations is proposed, which involves a combination of change management and project management tools. Conclusions. In a dynamic and multifunctional project environment, adaptability of human capital is considered as the ability of employees and teams to act effectively in conditions of uncertainty, to learn quickly and to support the strategic goals of the organization. That is why the article analyzes the main directions for increasing the resilience of personnel and maintaining the appropriate level of efficiency in the performance of production tasks in conditions of constant change. It is proven that only a comprehensive and consistent approach to the development of personnel competencies, maintaining motivation and forming a culture of openness to change provides a sustainable result and increases the effectiveness of strategy implementation.Downloads
