Automation of product control in the enterprise management system

Abstract

Abstract: In the modern conditions of the digital transformation of the economy, the role of automation of accounting and control processes as an important component of the enterprise management system is growing significantly. Automation of goods control is particularly relevant, as goods account for a significant share of current assets and directly affect the financial results of business entities. Insufficient efficiency, information fragmentation, and a high probability of errors inherent in traditional control approaches necessitate a scientific rethink of their organization within modern information systems. In this context, the purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological principles for automating the control of goods within the enterprise management system and to assess their impact on the quality of accounting and control information and on the effectiveness of management decisions. Research has shown that automating control procedures ensures continuity of control over the movement and preservation of goods, improves the accuracy of accounting data, and enables timely detection of deviations and risks in turnover. The main digital tools for automated control of goods are systematized, and the expediency of integrating them with accounting within a single management information space is substantiated. Methodical approaches to developing automated control indicators are proposed, focusing on the needs of management personnel and designed to enhance the analytical nature of control information. The study shows that implementing automated control of goods has a positive effect on the quality of management decisions, reduces accounting and operational risks, and promotes the rational use of commodity resources. It was concluded that automating product control is a necessary condition for improving the efficiency of the enterprise management system and an important direction for the development of modern accounting amid digitalization. Therefore, the use of integrated automated control of goods within the enterprise management system is a key factor in increasing operational efficiency, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of management decisions, and optimizing the use of enterprise resources in the modern digital environment.
