Abstract. In the current conditions of the transformation of the global economy and increased requirements for transparency of corporate governance, business models are reoriented from the concept of exclusive profit maximization to the principles of sustainable development and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance). Under such circumstances, the management of integrated business structures requires a qualitatively new approach, based on a systemic vision of the relationship between economic, environmental and social processes. Traditional approaches to management are not effective enough without integrating the environmental component into the strategic and operational activities of enterprises. In practice, environmental and economic management within integrated business structures often function fragmentarily, which causes contradictions between the focus on minimizing costs and the need to reduce negative environmental impact. Such a dichotomy inhibits the formation of a holistic management system and reduces the competitiveness of enterprises in the context of European integration and increased environmental regulation. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to form a systemic approach that will ensure the synergy of ecological and economic solutions, where ecological initiatives are considered not as a limitation, but as a strategic resource for development (through energy efficiency, circular production models, decarbonization, access to "green" financing and increasing investment attractiveness). Within the framework of the proposed concept, the theory of the organization serves as the methodological basis for designing an integrated system of ecological and economic management, which involves the coordination of goals, functions, structures and control mechanisms within corporate associations. Special attention is paid to the formation of a monitoring system that integrates financial, environmental and management indicators in a single information circuit, ensuring timely identification of risks, assessment of the effectiveness of ESG activity and adoption of preventive management decisions. The purpose of the study is to develop scientific and methodological principles for applying the systemic approach of the theory of organization in the ecological and economic management of integrated business structures to improve sustainable development management mechanisms. To achieve the set goal, methods of system analysis, strategic planning, assessment of environmental and economic risks, verification of management data, as well as a system of quantitative and qualitative indicators of ESG activities were used. The results of the study are aimed at forming an integrated management model that ensures the achievement of a synergistic effect between environmental and economic goals, increasing the sustainability of integrated business structures and their adaptability to the requirements of the international market.Downloads
