Abstract. The article investigates the management of digital platformization of information and communication technology (ICT) enterprises as a strategic direction for ensuring their sustainable development and enhancing competitiveness in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations and to develop managerial approaches to digital platformization of ICT enterprises, taking into account the specifics of digital ecosystem formation, network business models, and market participant integration. The methodological basis of the study includes systems and process approaches, methods of analysis and synthesis, comparative and structural-logical analysis, generalization of scientific provisions, as well as analytical and statistical processing of data from official sources. The application of these methods allowed for a comprehensive examination of the mechanisms of digital platformization, identification of key managerial functions and tools, and assessment of their impact on the efficiency of ICT enterprises. As a result of the study, the essence of digital platformization as a managerial and economic process of transforming ICT enterprise business models based on digital platforms has been clarified. It has been established that digital platforms ensure the integration of market participants, service scalability, and the creation of network effects, which enhances the flexibility and adaptability of enterprises to changes in the external environment. A classification of platform models has been systematized, and directions for improving the effectiveness of digital platform management have been identified, taking into account the development of digital ecosystems and the specific features of the ICT sector. The findings of the article are of practical significance for managers and specialists of ICT enterprises in the process of forming and implementing digital transformation strategies, optimizing business processes, and enhancing competitiveness in both national and international markets.Downloads
