The purpose of the article is a theoretical justification and scientific and practical analysis of the regulation of the labor potential of an enterprise in the conditions of digital transformation by implementing a digital employment ecosystem. The study is aimed at revealing the essence of the ecosystem approach to human resources management, identifying key factors in the formation of labor potential in the digital economy and substantiating management mechanisms that ensure increased adaptability and competitiveness of enterprises. The methodological basis of the study is the systemic, structural-functional and ecosystem approaches, methods of scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, as well as the generalization of modern scientific concepts of personnel management, digital employment and platform economy. To substantiate the applied results, a model approach and qualitative and evaluation methods were used, which made it possible to form an empirical model of managing the labor potential of an enterprise in the conditions of digital employment. The article proves that digital employment at the enterprise level should be considered not as a separate tool or form of labor organization, but as a complex ecosystem that integrates digital management technologies, personnel competency development, flexible organizational and motivational mechanisms, social support, and ethical standards of algorithmic management. It is substantiated that the fragmented digitalization of HR processes does not ensure the growth of labor potential and may deepen social risks. An empirical model of labor potential management is proposed, which allows assessing the impact of digital, organizational, and social factors on the efficiency of using human capital of an enterprise. It is concluded that the implementation of a digital employment ecosystem transforms labor potential management from an auxiliary function into a strategic tool for enterprise development. A comprehensive combination of digital technologies, competency development, and socially responsible management creates conditions for increasing labor productivity, sustainability of personnel potential, and long-term competitiveness of enterprises in the digital economy.Downloads
