Economic efficiency of using artificial intelligence in enterprise management

Abstract

The article presents a study on the economic efficiency of using artificial intelligence in enterprise management. The current level of artificial intelligence implementation in enterprise management was analyzed. A trend towards digital transformation was identified, covering both the public sector and business, as well as education and the social sphere. The article examines the effectiveness of artificial intelligence in the management of Ukrainian enterprises and identifies the main factors that promote or hinder the integration of digital technologies into business processes. The study examines the current state of artificial intelligence use in enterprise management. It has been determined that the implementation and effective use of artificial intelligence is a powerful tool for improving the economic efficiency of enterprises, particularly in optimizing process management costs. The directions of using intelligent technologies to support management functions are outlined, in particular during the formation of management decisions, analysis of financial and economic indicators, organization of personnel work, provision of logistics processes, and implementation of marketing strategies. It has been proven that the use of artificial intelligence algorithms contributes to improving the soundness of decisions, the flexibility of business processes, and the reduction of management risks. Key limitations to the implementation of AI have been identified, related to the level of digital maturity of enterprises, information security requirements, and organizational changes. It is concluded that the use of artificial intelligence is advisable as a factor in improving the effectiveness of enterprise management in the current economic conditions.
