Abstract

The research aims to develop a conceptual model for managing enterprise cash flows to maintain financial equilibrium under military uncertainty conditions. The work’s relevance is determined by the critical need to adapt traditional financial planning tools to wartime economy volatility. The study employs a systematic approach to analyze transformation of factors affecting enterprise cash flows. Comparative analysis methods identify differences between pre-war and wartime periods. Structural-logical analysis systematizes threats to financial security. The methodological foundation consists of critical literature review on liquidity management in crisis conditions. Specific mechanisms of military factors’ impact were identified through logistics fragmentation, energy instability and labor migration channels. Main threats to enterprise financial security were systematized by external and internal factors. Three basic management models were identified: conservative with liquidity reserves maximization, moderately aggressive with selective investment, and anti-crisis for critical situations. Accounts receivable turnover period increased by fifty percent. Cash flow volatility increased two and a half times. Practical recommendations for adaptive liquidity management were developed considering military context specifics. Cash flow management has transformed into a critical survival factor for enterprises under military uncertainty. Effective strategy requires balancing reserve accumulation and development investment. Short-term planning cycles replaced traditional annual budgeting. Individual enterprises' financial flow stability forms overall state economic resilience.
