Strategic Modernization of Managing Anticipatory Development of High-Technology Enterprises in Digital Transformation

Abstract

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to substantiate theoretical and methodological approaches to the strategic modernization of managing the anticipatory development of high-technology enterprises in the context of digital transformation, as well as to form a system for evaluating the effectiveness of managerial changes oriented toward long-term performance, adaptability, and development sustainability. Methods. The study applies methods of structural and logical analysis to systematize approaches to strategic management, comparative analysis to compare traditional and modernized management models, a systems approach to integrate institutional, organizational-economic, and analytical management mechanisms, as well as elements of strategic analysis and generalization of international practices of corporate governance and digital management. Results. It is established that digital transformation changes the managerial logic of high-technology enterprises through functional decentralization, the increasing role of analytical and digital tools, and the revision of mechanisms of strategic coordination. Institutional mechanisms of strategic management modernization, organizational-economic and analytical instruments of anticipatory development, as well as a model of an updated management system integrating strategic, operational, and digital components are substantiated. A multidimensional system of criteria and indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of strategic management modernization is proposed, encompassing strategic alignment, economic performance, organizational flexibility, and analytical soundness of managerial decisions. Conclusions. It is proven that strategic management modernization ensures the anticipatory development of high-technology enterprises provided that managerial mechanisms are systematically integrated and digital solutions are implemented in stages. The expediency of continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of managerial changes, taking into account institutional, human resource, and analytical risks, is substantiated, which enhances the practical relevance of the proposed approaches for strategic management under conditions of digital transformation.
