The article reveals the conceptual approaches and practical capabilities of digital platforms as a tool for increasing management efficiency. Their impact on the quality of managerial decision-making, the level of transparency, accountability and effectiveness of management processes in modern organizations and public institutions is studied. Introduction. The digital platforms have emerged as the primary means of optimizing the business activities and enhancing the efficiency of the managerial activities by providing fast access to analytical data, automation of routine activities and integration of activities in the organizational structure. The purpose of the study. Digitalization is not just a technical tool in the current survival in the competitive environment but it is an efficiency enhancer to the organization. The research has an objective to introduce the conceptual frameworks and digital platform capabilities that boost the efficiency of management and find out their effect on decision making in management and transaction levels and other aspects of organizational performance. The materials of the study are the results of theoretical and empirical research in the field of digitalization of management processes, practical cases of Ukrainian enterprises and public institutions, as well as international experience in implementing digital platforms in business practice. The methods used include an analytical and economic approach to study the theoretical and methodological foundations of digital transformation of business processes, a comparative analysis method to assess the efficiency of enterprises before and after the implementation of digital technologies, as well as methods of systematization, generalization and synthesis to highlight the main relationships between the digitalization of processes and the strategic advantages of organizations. The results of the study The analysis demonstrates that digital systems provide intelligent control of business activities. These technologies consolidate information while achieving full potential of available resources. The system enhances management decision making through enhanced visibility and control capabilities. Digital systems enable managers to discover operational problems quickly while reducing management expenses. Further research may be needed to assess the effectiveness of online platforms in different parts of the economy. By way of example It is also possible to use it to judge how well digital platforms handle or store data and monitor effects. It can make organizations adaptable, open and competitive.Downloads
