The journal was founded in 2024 by the International Classical University named after Pylyp Orlyk.

According to the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 02.10.2024 No. 1415, the journal was assigned Category "B" in Economic Sciences.

Purpose: The journal Current issues of economic sciences aims to become a leading academic publication highlighting contemporary research, new theories, and practical aspects in the field of economics. The journal is focused on supporting scientific research, spreading economic knowledge, and facilitating the exchange of ideas among researchers, academics, students, and practitioners.

Objectives:

  1. Promote the development of economic science in Ukraine and internationally.
  2. Provide a platform for publishing high-quality scientific research on economic issues.
  3. Disseminate the latest economic theories and practical solutions to address pressing economic problems.
  4. Support academic dialogue among researchers, scientists, students, and practitioners from various countries.
  5. Cover current issues of economic policy, business, finance, management, and other areas of economics.

Tasks:

  1. Publishing scientific articles, reviews, analytical materials, and research reports in various fields of economics.
  2. Organizing special issues dedicated to specific economic topics or problems.
  3. Supporting and promoting young researchers by publishing their works and providing opportunities for professional growth.
  4. Conducting scientific conferences, seminars, webinars, and roundtable discussions to discuss research results and exchange ideas.
  5. Spreading knowledge about economic processes, trends, and innovations among a wide audience, including academics, practitioners, students, and the public.
